All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Monthly packages are billed at the start of each service month. For Google Ads engagements, your ad spend is paid by you directly to Google — my fee covers strategy and management only.

Everything is delivered digitally — there is no physical shipping. Deliverables (reports, content, creatives, access to dashboards) are shared over email and shared drives/dashboards. See the Service Delivery Policy for typical turnaround times per service.

You can cancel and receive a full refund any time before work on your engagement begins. Once work has started, fees for work already performed or delivered are non-refundable, but you can cancel future months of a monthly package with 7 days' notice. After payment, you'll receive an onboarding email within 1 business day covering the access I need (website, analytics, ad accounts, social profiles as relevant) and a short questionnaire about your business and goals. Work begins as soon as access is in place, and you'll get a kickoff summary with the first month's plan.

No lock-ins. Packages are billed monthly and you can cancel future months with 7 days' written notice before your next billing date. That said, channels like SEO and content compound — most clients see meaningful results from month 3 onward.

No. Package fees cover strategy, execution, and management. Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed separately by the ad platform directly to your payment method, so you always keep full ownership and visibility of your ad accounts.

Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth, and Pro at any billing boundary. Just email before your next billing date and the new package applies from the following month.
